I'm a home body most of the work week. In the summer mounths I love to be outdoors, riding my bike, or just walking in the park. Most weekends in the winter I'm in Vermont on the mountains.

I'm an electrician, specialized in Building Automations Systems. I currently work for the largest Albany area hospital, as a Fire Alarm Technician. I do love what I do, just not whom I do it for.

I love to write poetry, but I keep that hidden to most people. I'm not confident in myself in some areas, and maybe over confident in others. I treat people the way I would like to be treated. I will speak my mind, no matter who it may offend. My beliefs are few, because beliefs are objects without question. I question everything, authority included.

I love to smile and laugh, even at myself. The best medicine is friendship.
